How to make a survey by the order:
Token access paased → register by Email → receive the Email and start survey

The first page, I want to set the Token with ID, so the ID will be proved
The second page, I want the visitor to register by email, which is just like a public register. they will receive an email shortly, and the participants table is combine the ID and email in one.


The first step to make a token for Student ID is clear, but the second step I do not know whether it can work. If it is impossible, then another solution for that?

I don't know how to do this without plugins
