In Germany we have Names with ä,ö,ü,ß. ASCII does not know and so I converted the .CSV upload file in Notepad++ to UTF-8 ohne BOM and was able to upload the names in a correct manner - including ä,ö, ü, ß.
After a while, when I was going to send out the e-mails the ä,ö, ü, ß have been disappeared. In the meantime I just generated the participant key, moved to closed and switched to active. So I am not sure, what was the reason why ä, ö, ü, ß disappeared now. Could you pls, investigate and give me a fix for the problem?
