survey in an iframe? was created by adishardis
Hi,
I'm wondering if there are any reasons not to have an anonymous survey in an iframe?
The reason for this is that my client wants the url to at least look as it is on their domain.
Take care
Adam

My office has used this approach to running a few surveys. We've never encountered any problems, and the survey runs the same as it would without the iframe.

TL;DR: we've done this for years with no problems.
We also run surveys within a 100% height & width iframe. It maintains a static URL so copying the URL to individual pages doesn't work but they're often session-specific anyway.
You might see mixed content warnings if you run under HTTPS and the URL of the remote elements will still be visible in the browser's status bar as each page loads, but it does keep the styling consistent.

If you have javascript activated, the last survey link launch in iframe (with big screen) in this page : www.sondages.pro/Serafim wrote: Hi there, how does the iframe works with limesurvey?

It's ok to put a survey in an iframe, excepting if you need to use captcha against spam;
I remember that problems occurr with some browsers (calcul returns always wrong).
