hi!

is it possible to create a survey and divide it to different sites? i.e site1 and site2; site1 will never see responses in site2 and vice versa (for 1 survey only).

Thank a lot.
Tony

Hello,

You can use the endurl and "AUto load endurl" at end of the first survey.

Thank you for your help, but how can the auto load endURL can help me? below is the situation:

assigned to admin: Product Performance Survey
assigned to John: East Region (Product Performance Survey)
Assigned to Peter: West region (Product Performance Survey)

Admin can view responses and statistics from east only, west only or both. while John can see only responses from East and Peter see responses from West only. is this possible?

Thank you,
Tony

Hello,

you can set survey permissons for the user (and these permissions only apply to the selected survey):
docs.limesurvey.org/Manage+users

But at the moment you cannot define what answers/parts of the statistics a user can see. Though there might be some workarounds for your problem. For example

1. Let "Admin" filter the responses or statistics for each region and send it to John/Peter via email. Though it is not possible for them to access the responses themselves it might be an easy solution for John/Peter to recieve the information they are waiting for.

2. Create two or three surveys, e.g. one survey which asks for the region and two for the region specific survey. You can use a link at the end of the "region selection" survey to ask the user to take part in the specific survey.

EDIT:
The thread is in the wrong forum, I'll move it to "Can I do this with LimeSurvey?".

It's in survey / General settings
Presentation & navigation
"Automatically load URL when survey complete" to YES
