yes, because you put YOUR email in the survey field and you did not change the email template for the admin notification to what you want it to be.

We have given you an option where the respondent receives an email when they completed the survey (how you format it is up to you and can be changed in the email templates).

Which "registration email" are you referring to? It is up to you to format the content of the admin notification. This is a work around, so YOU need to adapt the text of the respective email that is going out to your needs. It is initially a notification for the admins, as it says. But with the approach we have shown you, this way you can send an email to the person who has filled the survey if they give you their email address.

So you do not want to send a notification email at the end of a survey, but you want to use the registration email?

Then don't use the admin notifications, but the registration option. You use a closed survey and permit the registration of respondents.
