Is there a way to access {SID} in email invitation? was created by adishardis

I really need to have access to the survey ID in the invitation email.

What is the reason it's not provoided along with for example {SID}?

I have no idea why that placeholder doesn't work in emails.

This is a total hack but try:

{stristr(str_replace('/sid/', '', stristr(SURVEYURL, '/sid/')), '/', 'true')}

It doesn't work in email ???

Must be fixed i think .....

Yes, there are so many application areas where {SID} would be needed.

I can't seem to get the sid using your suggestion, the function returns an empty result. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I'm using html mails, so the link {SURVEYURL} is a html string instead of barebone link?

Thank you though for your effort!

Any other ideas?

For the tpartner workaround , try but unsure
{stristr(str_replace('/sid/', '', stristr("@@SURVEYURL@@", '/sid/')), '/', 'true')}

To have SID : make a feature request : you'r right : it's a must have .
