Im Rahmen der Acquiring- und Terminal Strategie 2014 ff. führen wir im

  • Teilprojekt 2b - „New Value Proposition mit Mehrwerten“ (Partielle Erweiterung des Leistungsangebotes) eine Marktforschung durch.
  • Die Ziele dieses Teilprojekts sind folgende:
    1. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Acquiring/Acceptance-Mehrwertstrategie (analog Issuing) im 2015-16 ff.
    2. Erhöhung von Merchant Bestand / Volumen (Erhöhte Kundenbindung / Optimierung der Neukundengewinnung)
    3. Optimierung Gesamt EBIT Acquiring/Acceptance

Bereits im Vorfeld der Marktforschung haben intern mehrere, breit gefächerte Workshops mit allen wichtigen Stakeholdern zum Thema stattgefunden. Die Resultate dieser Workshops, nebst vielen weiteren Erkenntnissen und Arbeitshypothesen, fliessen nun in diese Marktforschung resp. Marktbefragung mit ein.

  • Wie ist der Ablauf dieser Marktforschung resp. Marktbefragung?
    1. Interne Befragung (Aduno) mit wichtigen Stakeholdern (ca. 40 Personen) zum Acquiring/Acceptance- und Terminal Business
      (aktuell)
    2. Externe Marktbefragung bei bestehenden Merchants / potentiellen Neukunden (Methode analog Issuing „New Pricing“)
      (ab ca. Mitte November 2014)
