For the purpose of this survey, the term "genetic resources" includes all biological materials that contain functional units of heredity (DNA/RNA) used in your area of expertise. Genetic resources include for example trees, seeds, pollen, in vitro/cryo plants, cuttings, bud wood, grafting, rootstock, genomic sequences. You may work with only one or a subset of these.

attachments This survey is part of a research conducted by Sélim Louafi (CIRAD), Caterina Thomàs (CIRAD) and Eric Welch (Arizona States University) on existing collaboration patterns in the global coffee research network. It is supported by the European Union’s Horizon2020 research and innovation program. The study investigates the global landscape on the coffee genetic resources (CGR) research and challenges for enhanced collaboration at the global level.

An important focus of the study is on the collaboration and exchange relationships that are part of Coffee genetic resources community. The following questions ask you about the collaboration dynamics in relation with projects and organizations dealing with coffee genetic resources. The data collected in this survey are critical for understanding collaboration interactions in the coffee genetic resources community.
